When looking for a dependable vehicle and a trustworthy place to buy from, we went back to J&J Auto. Over the years we have bought four vehicles from them (five now) and wouldn't go anywhere else before checking in with them first. Our salesman was great. Jeremiah was very helpful and not pressuring at all. He listened to our needs and didn't try to put us in anything we weren't looking for. Do NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! Purchased through them in April of this year. Vehicle started acting up on the fourth day. I purchased the warranty and they have had the vehicle more days than I have. Every time they had it in their shop, they would give me a loaner. This is the condition of the vehicles they would loan to me. June 3rd it began to smoke underneath on the passenger side and stopped changing gears. This was 2 1/2 days after they did transmission work to it. After pleading with them to put me in a different vehicle I was told I couldn’t be approved. Stuck paying for a $28,000 paper weight that smells like burnt plastic every time the air conditioner is on.
